Important Travel Information
• The summit venue is conveniently located roughly 10 minutes from the Denver airport. Please plan to arrive no later than 2 PM as the event will begin officially at 4 PM on October 28th.
• As part of the event, Mitsubishi Electric Trane is covering 1 room per registered contractor company for 2 nights (10/28 & 10/129). Additional nights at the hotel, will be at your own expense.
• Once arriving at the event venue, accommodations, meals & activities are all included. Transportation to and from the venue are at your own expense.
• If needing to arrive early or extend your stay outside of the 10/28-10/30 meeting dates, please contact Becca Rowland (becca@iemeetings.com) with Incredible Events for additional support.
