Important Travel Information
• The summit venue is conveniently located roughly 10 minutes from the Denver airport. Please plan to arrive no later than 2 PM as the event will begin officially at 4 PM on October 28th.
• As part of the event, Mitsubishi Electric Trane is covering 1 room per registered contractor company for 2 nights (10/28 & 10/29). Guests are welcome to attend (up to 1 per contractor company, partner or business associate), but will be placed in the room of the invited person. Additional guest rooms or nights at the hotel will be at your own expense.
• Once arriving at the event venue, accommodations, meals & activities are all included. Transportation to and from the venue are at your own expense.
• If needing to arrive early or extend your stay outside of the 10/28-10/30 meeting dates, please contact Becca Rowland (becca@iemeetings.com) with Incredible Events for additional support.
